We have our teacher appreciation week and black Friday sale every year. Aside from that, we don't really do sales. We want to keep prices as low as possible from the get go while still being able to maintain the business.

Products

Our products are designed to last which is why we only use the best of brands. We want our items to look and feel pristine whether you are using/wearing it for the first time or the one-hundredth.

For apparel, our two favs are Comfort Colors and Independent Trading Company.

We screen print all of our items in house! We saved up our money during the 2023 market season to invest in some screen printing equiptment. Dave, Anna's dad, went to a week-long screen printing school in Atlanta. He has been printing everything since he got back!

To keep apparel looking fresh, we recommend washing inside out with cold water. You can tumble dry on a low heat setting but hang dry works best.

Shipping & Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. Items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. Shipping costs are not elligible for refund.

We love our products and we want you to as well. In the unfortunate event that you don't, please email us at hello@room1021.com so we can make things right.

Send us an email at hello@room1021.com with your order number. We will send you a shipping label via email.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. This can take up to a few days.

Yes! Local pickup is always free. Contactless pickup is near Gray's Lake in Des Moines.
